What in the world can I do for you?
WHO AM I? WELL, LET ME TELL YOU.
I LOVE IT HERE!
After living in Colorado Springs for 10 years, my family and I moved out of state for 1 year to be near extended family. We recently returned to Colorado because we just couldn't stay away. I have partnered with The Cutting Edge, Realtors while my wife works for a local software company and we are so happy we did!
I am a connector by nature and super relational so this industry allows me to stay out in the public and in touch with the people and places that I love. Colorado is an exciting place to live and raise a family.

The Northgate area has a variety of shopping outlets, great restaurants, schools, parks and is near the Air Force Academy.
Gleneagle sits between Northgate and Monument and has an abundance of mountain views, mature neighborhoods as well as new construction.
The town of Monument gives you all the mountain views, and a small town vibe with plenty of quaint shoppes and fantastic restaurants.
Cordera sits to the east of the Northern end of the Powers Corridor. This newer community boasts it's own shopping, medical district and clubhouse. Abundant new construction can be found here.
Peregrine lies on the West side of the city and drifts high up into the slopes of the Front Range. At this elevation the views toward the East are breathtaking!
Black Forest sits Northeast of the city and is nestled in 1000's of evergreens. Established homes, vacant land, farms and ranches plus new home construction make up this sought after area.
Located in the Southwest corner of our city, the Broadmoor area is known for historical luxury homes and condos. The Broadmoor resort, championship golf and incredible views make this one of the most exclusive areas in the country.
Why I Love the Springs
I am originally from Alabama so the Deep South will always have a special place in my heart. From my love of Crimson Tide football, beautiful lakes, camping, and some of the most fantastic beaches in the country, 'Bama has a lot to offer!
But having lived in Colorado Springs for 10 years, I couldn't forget all the reasons I loved living here. Have you ever seen that bumper sticker that reads "I'm not from Colorado, but I got here as quick as I could!"?
My years of experience in the publishing industry brought us to the area in 2008. It was one of those chance in a lifetime type events. So my wife and I, 4 kids and 2 dogs packed up and started the journey across country.
Over the years, my family and I had the awesome opportunity to volunteer at New Life Church and later my wife and I became full-time staff members for a few more years. There I was able to serve in Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry and church planting.
That was an incredible experience!
But, in 2016 at the suggestion of my personal Realtor, I dove into the world of Real Estate. I was excited to find out that I could have a career that would allow me to stay active and available in the community and meet even MORE people and build relationships. I can't get enough of discovering new sites and places to explore while serving my clients at the same time.
Think about it; I get to take all of my interests, talents, and love of community and roll that into one career and move around the city as much as I want to serve my clients.
There couldn't be a better choice for me!
I LOVE the weather here! Summers are bright and sunny with moderate temps and NO humidity! Winters are a blast and when we do get snow, it doesn't cripple the area for days at a time. We just break out the sleds and find a great hill nearby!
In the Fall we take a drive in the mountains to see the changing of the Aspens, and Spring brings even more color and the promise of warmer days.
It is amazing!
I love that great hiking and biking are minutes away and the majority of the city is connected by trails and sidewalks. Look around and you always see Moms and Dads pushing their kids in strollers, folks running and cycling or walking.
The Springs is a very active community!
Tourist season brings people from all over the world to visit this beautiful area. My favorite places in town are The Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs, Glen Eyrie, Helen Hunt Falls, Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. I like to grab lunch on the patio at Balanced Rock Cafe inside The Trading Post.
And just an easy drive away are Woodland Park, Lake George, Denver, Castle Rock, Georgetown, Idaho Springs, Estes Park and all of the ski areas.
You can never run out of things to do!
Located in the shadow of the Great Rocky Mountains and at the base of Pike's Peak, Colorado Springs boasts over 240 days of sunshine. We chose to live in this vibrant community for our kids' future and great outdoor activities.
Come join us!! We would love to have you here.

Steve Herron worked with us in Colorado Springs, Co buying our first house. The house buying experience can be very intimidating and confusing, especially when buying for the first time. Steve was incredibly patient, encouraging, professional, timely and thorough when writing offers, and most of all he gave us wisdom and advice when we asked. I would recommend Steve to everyone as he is exactly who you want to work with you in the house buying experience.
